Use License

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. iPalengke cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iPalengke or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on iPalengke Marketplace.
