Pagkatapos, mag-checkout at piliin ang preferred payment method mo. Pwede ka ring mag-upload ng sarili mong design file. Matatanggap mo ang order confirmation via email o text.

Tumatanggap kami ng iba't ibang payment methods para sa convenience mo: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Bank Transfer (BPI, Metrobank, at iba pa), at Cash on Delivery (COD). Lahat ng online payments ay secure at verified bago i-process ang order mo.

Ang standard delivery time ay 3-5 business days within Metro Manila, at 5-7 business days for provincial areas. Depende rin sa product type - ang mga custom printing orders ay may additional 1-2 days for production. Nagde-deliver kami nationwide sa buong Pilipinas!

Oo, may Cash on Delivery (COD) option kami! Available ang COD sa lahat ng areas na covered ng aming courier partners. May minimal COD handling fee na ina-apply depende sa order amount. Makikita mo ang exact fee sa checkout page bago mag-place ng order.

Pagkatapos mag-place ng order, matatanggap mo ang tracking number via email o text. Pwede mo ring i-track ang order mo sa aming website - pumunta sa My Account > My Orders, at makikita mo ang real-time status ng delivery mo. May tracking link din na ipapadala sa iyo.

Oo, may return at refund policy kami. Kung may defect o error sa printing na gawa namin, i-reprint namin ito nang libre o i-refund ang bayad mo. Kailangan lang mag-report within 3 days of receiving the order. Para sa custom orders, hindi pwede mag-return kung tama naman ang print base sa approved design.

Walang minimum order quantity para sa karamihan ng aming products! Pwede kang mag-order kahit isang piece lang. Pero may mas magandang price ang bulk orders - mas maraming i-order, mas mura ang per-piece price. Check ang aming Shop page para sa updated pricing at quantity discounts.

May dalawang option ka: (1) I-upload ang sarili mong design file sa PNG, JPG, PDF, o AI format during checkout, o (2) Mag-request ng custom design sa aming graphic design team. Kung kailangan mo ng bagong design, i-message mo lang kami sa Messenger o Contact page at bibigyan ka namin ng free design mockup.
